- Installation Method: Engineered Walnut flooring is designed for glue-down installation, ensuring a secure and stable fit for years to come. We encourage all of our clients to use professional installers.
- Substrate/Base-layer: Our product features a robust 3-layer construction with a TEAK centre core, guaranteeing maximum durability and stability even in high-traffic areas.
- Underfloor Heating: Our Nkayi Walnut flooring is compatible with underfloor heating systems, with a maximum tolerance of 27 degrees Celsius when used with a concrete probe.
- Top Layer: Boasting a 4mm thick solid Nkayi Walnut top layer, our flooring showcases the exquisite beauty and natural grain patterns of this esteemed hardwood.

- Wastage: We recommend allowing for 7-10% wastage depending on the layout, ensuring sufficient material for any unforeseen cuts or adjustments during installation.
- Edges: Each plank features 1mm micro-beveled edges on all four sides, adding depth and dimension to the flooring while ensuring a seamless transition between planks.
- Climate: Engineered Walnut flooring is engineered to thrive in all climate types, thanks to its superior construction. However, we advise acclimatising the flooring on-site for 7-14 days to achieve optimal performance and stability.
